Where is UR showroom?
UR Home Light is located at No 2, JalanEkoperniagaan 2/5, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

How do I place an order?
These are the general steps of your shopping journey with us:
1. Choose your product, amend the quantity&add to cart
2. View Cart and check order details
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Provide shipping & billing information
5. Choose payment options and finalize payment
6. You will see the payment transaction status on your screen
7. For a successful transaction, we will email you the order confirmation shortly

Are your prices online the same as in store?
The price of our products online will normally be the same as the in-store prices. However, occasionally, some price differences might occur in the event of in-store only or online only promotion.

I paid more for services for my online/in-store purchase, can I get a refund for the difference?
We regret to inform that we do not provide the refund for service once delivery orders are confirmed.

When will you ship out the items after we place order?
Item will be shipped within 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
An email confirmation will be sent to you once the payment has been processed, followed by another email with details on the shipment. Shipping rates will be calculated on the basis of the cumulative weight of the items being shipped. UR Home Light is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the Courier Company.

What do I do if an item from my delivery is defective?
All products will be checked and tested before shipment to ensure that it is in good condition.
You are required to conduct a check upon receiving the items. No refund or exchange after 3 days from the date of received.
Shipping cost to be beared by customer. Please contact us at support@urhomelight.com on the shipping details of any returned goods to UR home lighting.

Can i purchase product which is out of stock?
Yes, if you are not in rush and able to wait for it. We will update you estimated time of stock arrival.

What if product not available/Out of stock after payment?
You can request for a refund otherwise we will advise you the estimated time of stock arrival.

How do I cancel my order?
No cancellation can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed. Please contact us for further assistance.

How do i amend my online order?
No amendment can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed.

What other information I need to know?
1) Prices are subject to change without notice.
2) All prices are listed in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
3) Shipping charges are excluded.
4) Manual measurements, there may be 1-3cm deviations.
